Director of Baj Theatre
Ewa Piotrowska
Show director who graduated from the Białystok branch of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw, from the Faculty of Puppetry Art. From 2005 to 2008 she was the Artistic Director of Maska Theatre in Rzeszów. She has been running Baj Theatre since 2009. She has produced over 40 shows, both in Poland and internationally. She has won many awards at various theatre festivals, the prestigious Henryk Award for her remarkable achievements in puppet theatre, the Medal for Merit to Culture Gloria Artis, and the Order of the Smile.

Deputy Director for Administration and Technology
Wojciech Kasiak
Mechanical engineer who graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology. Since February 2009, he has been the Theatre’s Deputy Director for Administration and Technology.

Elżbieta Bieda
Graduated from the Puppet Theatre Acting School in Będzin. From 1984 to 1985, she worked as an actress in Lalka Theatre in Warsaw and has been working in Baj Theatre since 1985.

Elżbieta Bielińska
Graduated from the Białystok branch of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw, from the Faculty of Puppetry Art and has been working in Baj Theatre since 1984.

Malwina Czekaj
Graduated from the Wrocław branch of the Ludwik Solski State Theatre School in Cracow, from the Faculty of Puppetry Art. She has won the Leon Schiller Award. Actress of Baj Theatre since 2015.

Marta Gryko-Sokołowska
Graduated from the Białystok branch of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw, from the Faculty of Puppetry Art. Actress of Baj Theatre since 2001.

Aneta Płuszka
Graduated from the Wrocław branch of the Ludwik Solski State Theatre School in Cracow, from the Faculty of Puppetry Art. Actress in Baj Theatre since 1995.

Małgorzata Suzuki
Graduated from the Białystok branch of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw, from the Faculty of Puppetry Art. From 1995 to 2000, she worked in Arlekin Puppet Theatre in Łódź, since 2000 she has been working in Baj Theatre.

Andrzej Bocian
Graduated from the Białystok branch of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw, from the Faculty of Puppetry Art. Actor in Baj Theatre since 2001.

Marcin Marcinowicz
He has been working in Baj Threatre since 2004. To begin with, he was a trainee, and then, after passing his exams, he became an actor. He graduated from the Faculty of Theatre Studies at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw.

Piotr Michalski
Graduated from the Białystok branch of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw, from the Faculty of Puppetry Art and he has been working in Baj Theatre since 1994.

Robert Płuszka
He graduated from The Leon Schiller National Film School in Łódź. Since 1996 actor in Baj Theatre.

Marek Zimakiewicz
Graduated from the Wrocław branch of the Ludwik Solski State Theatre School in Cracow, from the Faculty of Puppetry Art. He has been working in Baj Theatre since 2010.
Jan Plewako
An actor and professor at the Białystok branch of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw, at the Faculty of Puppetry Art. He has brought up many generations of puppeteers. On stage for more than 50 years. He took his first steps in the Puppet Theatre in Wałbrzych in 1955. After that he worked in puppet theatres in Wrocław, Białystok and the Guliwer Puppet Theatre in Warsaw. From 1985 to 2010, he was a full-time actor at Baj Theatre. And now, he cooperates with our theatre as a guest actor
Hanna Kinder-Kiss
From 1977 to 1979, she was a trainee in Guliwer Puppet Theatre in Warsaw. She has been working at Baj Theatre since 1979, at the beginning as a trainee, and then, after passing her exams in 1980, as an actress. Since 2020 cooperates with Baj as a guest actress.
Michał Karczewski
Graduated from the Białystok branch of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw, from the Faculty of Puppetry Art. Guest actor in Baj Theatre since 2016.
Paweł Majchrowski
